We accept returns or exchange within 14 days from the receiving date. Any requests made after this period may not be responsible.

我们接受自收货之日起 14 天内退货或换货。在此期限之后提出的任何请求可不负责。

Terms & Conditions 条款和条件

If the product does not fit well and if you wish to return or exchange, you may contact or send an email to our customer service within 14 days from the receiving date. Any requests made after this period may not be entertained.


如果产品不合身,如果您希望退货或换货,您可以在收到之日起14天内联系或发送电子邮件给我们的客服。在此期限之后提出的任何请求都不会受理

- The return or exchange product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.

  退货或换货的产品必须是未使用过的、未清洗过的、未损坏的,并且是原装的包装。

 

- Exchange of products only available for size or colour from the same product code.

  换货仅适用于相同产品代码的尺寸或颜色。

 

- You may choose your logistics company at your own cost.

  您可以自行选择物流公司,并自费。

 

- The return shipment tracking or the lost of the return product during shipment is fully responsible by customers and the appointed logistics company due to no tracking is available for our side and no proof that the products have been received by us.

 退货追踪或退货产品丢失在发货期间,将由客户及指定物流公司承担全部责任,因我们无法追踪,以及没有收   到产品的证据。

 

- For exchange product, the shipping fee bear by customer.

  对于换货,运费将由客户承担。

 

- There is a possibility we may run out of stock for the product that you would like to exchange by the time we receive your return product. In this case, we will inform you for refund or exchange for other size/colour/products (special situation).

在我们收到您的退货产品时,您想要的产品有可能缺货,无法进行换货。在这种情况下,我们将会通知您,以  进行退款或换成其他尺寸/颜色/产品(特殊情况)
